One obstacle that prevents many organisations from developing people from junior to senior positions is that they find it difficult to identify which people have what it takes. We can help you to identify and assess talent in your organisation and can then help you to mentor your future leaders.
Talent identification is about more than simply staff appraisal systems. Appraisals tell you how good someone has been in their current job and (if they are done properly) what an employee needs to develop. Talent identification identifies the people you have who are equipped (or who could be trained) for extra responsibilities and more senior roles in your organisation.
Our talent identification programmes draw on our expertise in building staff appraisal systems that work, facilitating innovation programmes, running team building activities and creating realistic and challenging business simulations.
