Where you identify that one or more of your people need to improve certain skills, for example presentation skills or business writing, we can help by coaching those people. Much of our people development training can be provided to individuals or smaller groups.
Individuals that you have identified as future leaders may benefit from a longer term, less formal mentoring relationship. Often these talented people will benefit from being able to discuss their strengths and weaknesses, current problems they face and issues they are worried about with an understanding person from outside the business. We can act as an external mentor alongside any formal or informal mentoring you provide within the organisation.
